Transforming Everyday Processes
Into Intelligent Workflows
See how clients eliminate inefficiencies, unify their data, and accelerate decision-making with solutions designed and built around their exact needs.
End-to-End Marketing Automation
Holders Estate Agents now rely on custom automations that generate their monthly email, design window cards, and produce weekly vendor updates, freeing the team from hours of routine tasks.
-
Holders Estate Agents relied heavily on manual processes for their marketing and client reporting. Every month, the team spent hours preparing a branded email newsletter, designing window cards for new listings, and compiling weekly vendor updates. These tasks were essential—but repetitive, time-consuming, and prone to delays.
I built a suite of custom automations that now handle these workflows end-to-end. The monthly marketing email is generated automatically with a clean, consistent design. New property window cards are created instantly without the team needing to touch design software. Vendor reports are compiled and sent out weekly with up-to-date data pulled directly from internal sources.
Together, these systems save Holders multiple days of work every week, while improving the consistency and reliability of their marketing output.
Powering a Global Skincare Brand With Scalable Technology
Building the foundations for scalable e-commerce, reliable analytics, centralised data, and upcoming AI-powered mobile experiences.
-
AlumierMD, a global skincare brand, needed a partner who could support their digital operations end-to-end. Over our ongoing relationship, I’ve worked across their entire technology landscape: developing features for their Shopify storefront, building core components of their app’s backend, and designing multiple data pipelines to centralise information across regions and business units.
To improve decision-making, I implemented robust marketing tracking across Meta, TikTok, and other channels, giving the team accurate, unified performance insights for the first time. These systems underpin the brand’s major marketing initiatives and allow for much more precise optimisation.
Looking ahead, I’m now preparing to build a next-generation mobile experience for AlumierMD—integrating AI to deliver personalised skincare recommendations and deeper customer engagement.
Engineering Appally From Concept to High-Impact SaaS Platform
As CTO, Ed Brown led the development of Appally’s AI ranking engine, core platform, and product roadmap—helping the company reach Tech Nation regional finals and secure £60k in funding through Bethnal Green Ventures.
-
Appally is a SaaS platform designed to help organisations better understand and support neurodivergent individuals. I was originally brought in to develop the machine-learning ranking system that powers the platform’s personalised recommendations. As the product evolved, I stepped into the role of CTO and led development across the entire technical stack.
During this period, I built Appally’s AI models, engineered the backend infrastructure, developed the frontend application, and oversaw the MVP through to a functional, scalable product. Beyond engineering, I played a key role in the product strategy and roadmap as we refined the offering for organisations.
Our work gained significant recognition—we reached the regional finals of Tech Nation and joined Bethnal Green Ventures’ Tech for Good programme, securing £60k in funding to accelerate development. I now continue to support the team as a technical advisor as the platform grows.
Turning Untapped Data Into Commercial Growth
Centralised systems, actionable dashboards, and a fully custom CRM app that empowers Farmers Guide to understand their readers and serve advertisers better.
-
When we joined Farmers Guide, they were sitting on a huge amount of reader survey data that wasn’t being used effectively. We centralised their data infrastructure and built dashboards that surfaced critical insights—information the commercial team began using immediately to strengthen conversations with advertisers and grow revenue.
As the organisation evolved, so did our role. We developed a fully bespoke CRM application, engineered from the ground up, to replace their ageing system. The new CRM brings together reader profiles, survey responses, and engagement data, giving the team a complete view of their audience for the first time.
By modernising their data and tooling, we helped Farmers Guide turn raw information into insight, and insight into real commercial advantage.
Scaling Address Intelligence Across Savills’ Data Infrastructure
From feature engineering to production deployment, I helped build a 97% accurate XGBoost model that strengthened Savills’ data foundations.
-
At Savills, high-quality address data is critical for analytics, reporting, and client insights. I helped design, build, and refine an address matching machine-learning model that significantly improved the accuracy and consistency of property data across the organisation.
Using XGBoost, I engineered features to handle the complexities of UK address formats—sub-buildings, building names, numbering variations, and street patterns. Through iterative experimentation and optimisation, the model reached a 97% matching accuracy, a major improvement over previous rule-based systems.
I then deployed the solution into Savills’ Google Cloud infrastructure, creating a scalable pipeline that allows the model to run reliably across large datasets. This system is now a key component of Savills’ internal data quality processes, powering analytics and operational decision-making across departments.
