We provide custom software development, data engineering, automation solutions, and AI consulting services to businesses. Services are provided according to project agreements and statements of work.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary access to systems

  • Grant appropriate permissions and authorizations for third-party platform integrations

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access tokens provided

  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Custom code and solutions developed specifically for your project become your property upon final payment

  • Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property

  • We retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques in future projects

Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve integration with third-party platforms. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining valid accounts and subscriptions with these platforms

  • Compliance with their respective terms of service

  • Any costs associated with these platforms

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment for services rendered.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
